Kanboard is an intentionally simple and minimalist project management tool that aims to reduce visual clutter and put the focus back on the tasks at hand. Define your workflow phases and then add tasks for yourself or a team. Limits can be placed on the number of tasks in a phase, to reduce overcommitment.

Kanboard supports tasks and subtasks, as well as swimlanes (horizontal groupings across all workflow phases). Additionally, Kanboard supports automatic actions like sending an email when a task moves from one phase to the next and time estimation per task. Burn down charts, average time spent by a task in each workflow phase, and number of tasks completed by each user are included on an analytics dashboard.
